This global management consultancy annually hosts a ‘Kick On’ conference for 150 of their VP’s. The event is run to showcase the latest initiatives and company strategies for the coming year.
The first task was to source the perfect European venue to accommodate this event and we found this in The Hotel Martinez, Cannes. The venue met all the event requirements, including accommodation for over 150 people, main display areas, various seminar and networking rooms and a main conference room. Over the course of this three day event, we co-ordinated everything including the pre-event registration website, delegate registrations and audio visual services which included a live video link from the Global CEO during the main plenary session. The event also saw two nights of eating and drinking in the locality at restaurants hired exclusively for the Client.
